These are the latest additions to G-SHOCK’s new G-SQUAD sports line. The designs and colors of these models optimize the possibilities of matching both with everyday clothes and with those for training. Feature-wise, these watches connect with the CASIO WATCHES phone app to provide access to a variety of workout-enhancing features. Daily health and fitness support features include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks the number of steps, a Multi-Timer that allows you to create up to 20 combinations of five timers each, a memory for up to 200 recordings of circuit and more. The app also allows you to keep pedometer logs with five levels of exercise intensity, calculate calories burned, specify a daily goal, create timer combinations and send them to the watch, store stopwatch measurement data, view data and more. All of this combines to help you plan and log workouts, making them more effective and fun. Other features include app-based automatic time adjustment and other functions for more precise time keeping, and an automatic LED light to facilitate workouts in low-light areas. Back lugs on the inside of the band, where it connects to the case, a new ring shape that prevents sliding, and more holes to allow for a better fit, add to a more comfortable fit.
