G-SQUAD
These are the latest additions to G-SHOCK’s G-SQUAD sports line. The two models in this line are available in black or white, making them suitable for everyday use as well as for sportswear.
The basic GBD-800 model features a multi-segment digital display to improve readability and operation while engaging in sports.
The LCD display is divided into top, center and bottom sections and there is a digital dial on the top right. Each display area shows different information, relating to measurement, date and time and other information, which provides useful data on your daily activities. The metal front button* and vapor deposition dial add elegant colors for an eye-catching design.
Feature-wise, these watches connect with the CASIO WATCHES mobile app to provide access to a variety of workout-enhancing features. Daily health and fitness support features include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks the number of steps, a Multi-Timer that allows you to create up to 20 combinations of five timers each, a memory for up to 200 recordings of circuit and more. The app also allows you to keep pedometer logs, calculate calories burned, specify a daily goal, create timer combinations and send them to the watch, store stopwatch measurement data, view data, and more. All of this combines to help you plan and log workouts, making them more effective and fun.
Other features include app-based automatic time adjustment and other functions for more precise time keeping, and an automatic LED light to facilitate workouts in low-light areas.
Back lugs on the inside of the band, where it connects to the case, a new ring shape that prevents sliding, and more holes to allow for a better fit, add to a more comfortable fit. You can precisely adjust the size of the strap.
The medium-sized design, ideal for running and training, Bluetooth, connection of phone apps and much more, make these new G-SQUAD models the perfect choice for sports and athletics.
