The watch and its Bluetooth communication capabilities are designed and engineered to make sporting activities even more fun. Connecting with the G-CASIO WATCHES mobile app gives you access to a variety of features to support your workouts. Daily health and fitness support features include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks the number of steps, a countdown timer that lets you create up to 20 combinations of five timers each, a memory for up to 200 circuit recordings and more.
While connected to the G-CASIO WATCHES mobile app, you can configure settings for a pedometer log, calorie calculations, and step goal.
The ability to use the app to create timer combinations and send them to the watch, store stopwatch measurement data, view data, and more, combine to help plan and record workouts, making them more effective and fun.
Other features include app-based automatic time correction and other functions for more precise timekeeping and an automatic dual LED light
to facilitate workouts in low-light areas.
The small chests of these models are ideal for sportswear.
Back lugs on the inside of the band, where it connects to the case, a new ring shape that prevents slipping and more holes to allow for a better fit, and a soft urethane strap that maintains its elasticity even after extended wear , they add to a more comfortable fit.
