The original Hamilton Frogman was created for U.S. Navy divers and appeared in the famous 1951 film “The Frogmen.” Nearly 70 years have passed since then, and watchmaking technology has come a long way. The essential features that have made the watch a success, no less than that of the film, are however the same: unidirectional rotating bezel, high water resistance and underwater luminescence.
