Casio and Kanoa Igarashi have teamed up again for a third collaboration signed by G-SHOCK. Ride the waves with a special watch designed in collaboration with the stellar G-SHOCK TEAM of professional surfers.

This watch is all black, a black base and a case and strap in different shades of black, per Kanoa’s request.

Let’s start with the GLX-5600 model from the G-LIDE line. The large LCD face makes it easy to read tide and moon age graphs as in previous models, as well as low/high tide times and levels and sunrise/sunset times, all at a glance.

Sturdy and practical, with a metal structure that protects the dial, it has an environmentally friendly design. Bio-based resin in a mix of black and gray for the bezel and strap helps reduce environmental impact, while creating a unique pattern that evokes dynamic, vigorous waves – this special collaboration does it all in style.

This watch was designed to help surfers prepare for tougher competitions around the world with the ruggedness befitting of a surfing champion.

Kanoa’s signature above the watch glass adds a final touch of inspiration for the intrepid surfer ready to hit the water.

Kanoa Igarashi
Professional surfer Igarashi began surfing at age three, and at age nine, he became the youngest ever to make the U.S. Surfing Team. At age 14, he became the youngest surfer to ever win the U.S. Under-18 Championship. He began competing on the WSL Championship Tour in 2016 and has won a number of major surfing competitions.
